launch of GlobalPlatform Card Compliance Program
GlobalPlatform announces the
availability, from 1 May 2002, of the core
components of its Card Compliance Program, including test plan, test
suite, test tool and supporting documentation. GlobalPlatform worked in
conjunction with ICC Solutions to develop and implement these core
components, and had the test suite verified using Trusted Labs*'s Java
Card™ / GlobalPlatform Simulator.
Following this fruitful
collaboration with GlobalPlatform, Trusted
Labs* proudly announces that it joins the consortium as an Observer
Member.

Trusted Labs* presents TL VSAM,
an application bytecode verification
and validation tool. The first TL VSAM implementation runs on an IBM
PCI 4758 card.

Bleue Consortium, the French Certification
body for Security Evaluation has issued a Common Criteria Certificate
EAL1+ for the applications B0' (debit/ credit, Oberthur) and GemClub
(loyalty, Gemplus) on the GemXpresso 211 platform (Gemplus, VOP Java
Card™). Trusted Labs* is one of the developers.
