Test plan design

Trusted Labs builds for you a test plan for compliance testing, based on the software specifications (e.g. smart card or terminal software).

Trusted Labs uses a rigorous test methodology to ensure a high level of specifications coverage. This methodology starts from each paragraph of the specifications and systematically defines test objectives, which are then refined in terms of test scenarios.

Trusted Labs' methodology is integrated in the TL CAT test environment. Writing test plans through TL CAT allows you to generate high-quality documents, with automatic cross references and coverage tables - so you, or your evaluation laboratory, can check coverage at a glance.
 

Test suite development

TESS - Trusted Labs' in-house test script programming language - optimizes test coverage and development time.

TESS-specific functionalities, such as the combination of test patterns and variants, mean test cases are automatically and exhaustively generated, starting from simple and compact definitions of test ranges.

Like Trusted Labs' test methodology, TESS is integrated in the TL CAT test environment.
 

Test campaign management

Trusted Labs uses TL CAT, its in-house graphical test campaign environment, to simplify test diagnosis and report generation. This translates into shorter lead-times and more accurate results.

Reports generated by TL CAT provide a clear view of the test execution context and contain dynamic cross references to the test plan and the specifications - taking the pain out of tracing test results.

Trusted Labs uses the TL CAT diagnosis manager to identify anomalies and assign them to a bunch of tests - meaning more accurate test result diagnoses.
